In most cases, repairs and troubleshooting can be completed on-site. For complex issues, locations outside our service area, or if preferred by the customer, we also offer pickup and drop-off or mail-in services.
Yes — we offer a 6-month warranty on repairs and replacement parts.
Yes — our office is in Richmond, Johannesburg. Visits are by appointment only, as our technicians are usually out assisting clients. No walk-ins.
